\n\tThe Centru Court of Chisinau accepted the persecutors\u2019 request and issued a warrant for the arrest of the leader of \u201cOur Party\u201d Renato Usatyi, who is the mayor of Balti town, for 30 days of the arrest day. According to prosecutor Vitalie Busuioc, Usatyi will be put on the wanted list and will be held at Penitentiary No. 13 when he is arrested, IPN reports.<\/p>\n
\tRenato Usatyi was charged on October 22. He was summoned to the prosecution body, but didn\u2019t present himself.<\/p>\n
\tRenato Usatyi\u2019s lawyer Ion Cerga said all the procedures were performed swiftly. \u201cThe arguments of the defense weren\u2019t listened, verified or assessed. It was maintained the prosecutor\u2019s position that the person can be today summoned by an SMS from an unknown mobile phone number,\u201d he stated, adding that the decision will be challenged to the Appeals Court.<\/p>\n
\tThe arrest warrant for Renato Usatyi was issued because this didn\u2019t appear in court when he was summoned and based on the statements made by the sides in two criminal cases started over illegal obtaining of goods and attempt to murder businessman German Gorbuntsov.<\/p>\n
