\tDeputy head of the Politico Party \u201cPlatform Dignity and Truth\u201d Alexandru Slusari said that a civic protest will be staged. \u201cWe will consider how to attract more people to this protest. It will be a civic protest, not a political one,\u201d stated the politician.<\/p>\n
\tEconomic expert Sergiu Tofilat also made a call for mobilization. \u201cLet\u2019s travel to villages and mobilize the people, and to explain to them what\u2019s going on. Talk to your relatives and tell them that if we do not mount mass protests to show that we are against this voting system, we will live for four more years in this mess. Let\u2019s use all the possible instruments \u2013 protests, calls to foreign development partners \u2013 so as to prevent the modification of the electoral system,\u201d stated Sergiu Tofilat.<\/p>\n
\tCommunist MP Inna Supac also urged to mount a civic protest, reminding there is an official political document signed by six political parties that are against the replacement of the current electoral system. The power should be changed, not the electoral system. This change should be done peacefully so as to create conditions for free, fair and democratic legislative elections.<\/p>\n
