The Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu, wrote on Facebook, quoted by IPN, that between 2013-2018, the Republic of Moldova benefited from the DCFTA provisions at a 60% level, Ukraine &#8211; at 20%, and Georgia &#8211; at 9%. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:#f8f9fa\">The minister refers to a study of analysts from the <u><a href=\"http:\/\/berlin-economics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-economic-effect-of-the-DCFTA-on-Ukraine-Moldova-and-Georgia-%E2%80%93-A-comparative-analysis.pdf?fbclid=IwAR0fdw5c9hzGEMolTNC_s3RGwoQfUTB7R0GswkQCaDf4HVIR0ljFVr0AMJI\" target=\"_blank\">Berlin Economics<\/a><\/u> Institute, which shows that the export of Moldovan products to the market of European states tripled during this period. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:#f8f9fa\">&#8220;Due to this strategic document, we were able to compensate for the losses in trade with other states and created jobs. If during this period the country had not been corrupt, we would have benefitted even more. But we will benefit more in the future by building Europe at home,\u201d wrote Nicu Popescu. The Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union was signed on June 27, 2014 in Brussels, Belgium.
