The expenses for the recount were estimated by the Central Election Commission \/ CEC at over 650 thousand lei.<\/p>\n<p>Asked by IPN, Corneliu Pasat, deputy head of the CEC Communication Department, said that following the recount of votes in a single village, Mic\u0103u\u021bi, from Str\u0103\u0219eni district, a councilor mandate was changed.<\/p>\n<p>Ballots were recounted in B\u0103cioi commune, Codru town and Durle\u0219ti town from Chisinau municipality, in Calarasi town, Hirova village and R\u0103ciula commune &#8211; Calarasi district, in Gura Galbenei village and Ialpujeni commune &#8211; Cimi\u0219lia district. In Nisporeni district, votes were recounted in Nisporeni town and Ciore\u0219ti commune, while in Orhei district &#8211; in Cioc\u00e2lteni and Step-Soci communes. Also, there was a vote recount in Drochia town, Ialoveni town, Mic\u0103u\u021bi commune from Str\u0103\u0219eni district, Hiri\u0219eni village from Telene\u0219ti district and Congazcicul de Sus village, UTA G\u0103g\u0103uzia.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"related_pages_keyphrase\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The votes cast in 17 settlements at the local elections on October 20 were recounted following court decisions.
