The price of electricity produced by thermoelectric plants were also raised, IPN reports.<\/p>\n<p>The consumers served by Termoelectrica will pay for heat 2,169 lei per gigacalorie, up from the current tariff of 1,689 lei\/Gcal. The tariff for the consumers served by the thermoelectric plant CET-Nord was raised from 1,834 lei\/Gcal to 2,115 lei lei\/Gcal.<\/p>\n<p>The average annual price of the electric power produced by Termoelectrica was increased from 2.33 lei\/kWh to 3.35 lei \/kWh, without VAT. The electricity produced by CET-Nord will cost 3.11 lei\/kWh, without VAT, up from 2.08 lei\/kWh at present.<\/p>\n<p>The tariff for the heat supplied by the municipal enterprise \u201cTermogaz-B\u0103l\u021bi\u201d was raised from 1,946 lei\/Gcal \u00a0to 2,538 lei\/Gcal; by SA \u201cAp\u0103-Canal Chi\u0219in\u0103u\u201d \u2013 from 1,479 lei\/Gcal to 2,059 lei\/Gcal; by the municipal heating enterprise \u201cRe\u021belelor \u0219i Centralelor Termice Comrat\u201d \u2013 from 1,900 lei\/Gcal to 2,451 lei\/Gcal; by the enterprise \u201cServicii Comunale Glodeni\u201d \u2013 from 1,676 lei\/Gcal to 2,274 lei\/Gcal; by SA \u201cComgaz-Plus\u201d \u2013 from 2,091 lei\/Gcal to 2,718 lei\/Gcal.<\/p>\n<p>The tariffs approved by NAER on January 28 will be applied retroactively, as from January 1, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Parliament <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipn.md\/ro\/majorarea-compensatiilor-la-facturile-pentru-energia-termica-votata-in-7967_1087320.html\" target=\"_blank\">adopted<\/a> a bill to increase the subsidy for heat for citizens from 67% to 80% of the value of the heating bill as from this month. This way, the subsidy was raised from 450 lei to at most 815 lei a month.
