The document was published on the Court\u2019s website, IPN reports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background:white\">The decision was remitted to the Court against following its publication in the Official Gazette. Earlier, the Constitutional Court <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipn.md\/ro\/curtea-constitutionala-a-restituit-sesizarea-ce-vizeaza-partidul-sor-7965_1093324.html\" target=\"_blank\">sent back<\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"background:white\"> the application by which it is requested to determine the constitutionality of the Shor Party because the relevant Government decision hadn\u2019t been published in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n<p>The Cabinet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipn.md\/ro\/guvernul-a-aprobat-proiectul-prin-care-se-propune-verificarea-7965_1093295.html\" target=\"_blank\">on Wednesday endorsed<\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"background:white\"> a draft decision by which the Ministry of Justice suggests determining the<\/span><b> <\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"background:white\">constitutionality of the Shor Party. According to Minister of Justice Sergiu Litvinenco, the application contains sufficient arguments showing that the party by its activities so far acted against the rule of law principles and endangers Moldova\u2019s sovereignty and independence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background:white\">The Shor Party <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipn.md\/ro\/reactia-partidului-sor-la-intentia-mj-de-a-l-7965_1093270.html\" target=\"_blank\">described<\/a><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"background:white\"> the Ministry of Justice\u2019s initiative as \u201cone more serious abuse on the part of the PAS government\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"related_pages_keyphrase\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Government submitted again to the Constitutional Court its decision on the necessity of establishing the constitutionality of the Shor Party.
