They always drew up bills for money so as to mislead those from abroad and those who financed these,\u201d stated <\/span>Ilie Rotaru.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow is it possible for the legal counselor of the Government of the Republic of Moldova \u2013 a member of the legal elite of the Republic of Moldova \u2013 to come to the hearing and say that the Government does not have the legal entity right? How is it possible for the prosecutor in the hearing to stand up and oppose the lawyer\u2019s objections to the prosecutor\u2019s statements and actions and to try and persuade the judge that the lawyer does not have such a right?\u201d asked Ilie Rotaru, suggesting that the governmental counselor does not have legal competence.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Association\u2019s chairman, no one wants to assess concrete cases handled by the Prosecutor\u2019s Office and courts of law. \u201cIf we study the cases managed by the prosecutors and judges, we will see that the situation is serious. No one wants to hear about this.
