The session will be opened by the co-chairs of the Assembly, Doina Gherman and Marek Tomasz Hok, IPN reports.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The parliamentarians will discuss the European integration of the Republic of Moldova and the good practices of the Republic of Poland on the path of European integration. The bilateral relations and the development assistance provided by Poland to Moldova will also be discussed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Joint Declaration will be adopted at the end of the session. Subsequently, the co-chairpersons of the Assembly will make press statements.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Established in July 2011, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Poland is an interparliamentary consultative body for discussing projects of bilateral interest, especially in the context of Moldova&#8217;s association with the EU. The Assembly meets in plenary sessions that are convened once a year, alternately in the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Moldova. The last meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly took place in Warsaw, in May 2023.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Republic of Moldova has a similar consultative format with Romania.
