A video disseminated online shows a teenage girl being beaten cruelly by another minor while the friend of the latter was filming. The police said they turned their attention to this case and started a criminal case, IPN reports.<\/p>\n
According to the General Police Inspectorate, the teenage girls who appear in the video were identified following investigative measures. The case reportedly took place on January 8. The violent episode was the result of a conflict that arose between the 17-year-old victim and the aggressors aged 13 and 14.<\/p>\n
The police took legal action to determine all the circumstances of this case.<\/p>\n
The police remind the parents of the necessity of having discussions with adolescents so as to teach them not to tolerate violence.<\/p>\n
