Compared to the maximum price of 225.64 dollars, recorded in June when the company was listed, Space X shares have lost almost 40% of their value. Investor optimism has diminished, even though the Starlink satellite internet service had very good results in the first quarter of 2026, with more subscribers and a profit of 1.2 billion dollars.<\/p>\n\n
However, overall, Space X is in the red: operational losses exceeded 2.5 billion in 2025 and reached nearly 2 billion dollars just in the first quarter of 2026. This is compounded by capital expenditures of over 10 billion and a recent bond issue of 20 billion.<\/p>\n\n
Thus, from a capitalization of 2,660 billion dollars in June, Space X is now valued at approximately 1,700 billion.
