The opening of negotiations on the accession to the European Union, acceleration of the integration process and ensuring of the citizens\u2019 safety in the regional context are the objectives set down in the program proposed by Premier designate Dorin Recean. The executive aims to accelerate and optimize the fight against corruption and to make progress in reforming the central and local public administration, IPN reports.<\/p>\n
The program also stipulates such objectives as the creation of preconditions for starting new businesses by facilitating the founding, development and internationalization of businesses, supporting of SMEs by financing and training programs, ensuring of crossborder security and public order and security by continuously adjusting the skills and policies.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe risks to security in the region are big, with serious consequences for the Republic of Moldova. Our country is the target of unprecedented threats and destabilization attempts. The Government will prioritize public order and the safety of citizens, the ensuring of stability and unity of the country by cohesion policies and an active external policy and by modernizing the police force,\u201d says Dorin Recean\u2019s program.<\/p>\n
The new Government also promises to ensure a sustainable rise in pensions, benefits and allowances, to accelerate the modernization of the health system so as to improve the population\u2019s access to all types of medical services and medicines and to promote active external policies based on the fundamental values of the free world, strengthening of relations with the development partners and aiming of the diplomatic efforts at securing the European course.<\/p>\n
