In the Herson region, the energy crisis has left 426 localities without electricity for the second consecutive day. According to the head of the occupation administration, Vladimir Salido, medical institutions, ambulance services, and other vital infrastructure targets have been switched to backup power sources since Thursday, July 9.<\/p>\n\n
The situation is similar in the localities controlled by the Russian army in the Zaporozhye region. The head of the occupation administration, Evgheni Bali\u021bkii, emphasized that it is unknown when the repairs will be completed, which depend on the “stabilization of the operational situation”.
