An investment of more than 72 million lei will transform the rural area of the village of Ratus, Criuleni district, into a production center for prefabricated reinforced concrete elements. The “Gido PARK” company has signed a state aid agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization for the construction of a factory for the construction sector, IPN reports. <\/p>\n\n
Of the total value of the project, the state will contribute more than 43 million lei, of which about 11 million in the form of a grant and the rest through partial income tax exemptions. Works are scheduled to start in June 2025 and will last 13 months. <\/p>\n\n
The plant will produce pre-stressed reinforced concrete parts used in industrial, commercial and road infrastructure. <\/p>\n\n
The project will create at least 40 new jobs and is part of a wider government plan to support investment in strategic industries. Over the next three years, the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization aims to support at least 150 such initiatives with a total budget of 2 billion lei. <\/p>\n\n
The company “Gido PARK” has been active since 2014 in the field of commercial and industrial construction, with a portfolio of projects realized for well-known national brands.
