According to him, municipal bonds provide local authorities with access to the necessary resources for investments in infrastructure and improving the quality of life in the community, thus contributing to local economic development.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The First Deputy Governor of the BNM mentioned that this financial instrument can help local public administrations attract investments for sustainable development projects and support the development of the capital market in the Republic of Moldova.
