A drone attack has caused casualties and significant damage to a college and student dormitory in the city of Starobelsk, in the Russian-controlled Lugansk region of Ukraine. The rescue teams of the Russian Ministry for Emergency Situations have reported that they have retrieved the lifeless body of a person from the ruins, and there may still be victims under the rubble. Kiev has not yet commented on the case, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
The local leader of the region, Leonid Pasecinik, stated that during the attack, 86 children were in the dormitory, and a total of 35 people were injured. According to him, as a result of the bombings, several administrative buildings, shops and private residences in the city were damaged.<\/p>\n\n
