In order to reduce energy consumption and utility costs, the roof and exterior facades have been thermally insulated.<\/p>\n\n
The local authorities of Dondu\u0219eni state that, due to the ongoing works, the library has improved its capacity to provide the community with a warmer and more energy-efficient environment.<\/p>\n\n
