Vehicles with foreign numbers introduced under the temporary admission customs regime may be taken out of the country by persons other than those who initially introduced them. A bill providing for this has been adopted by Parliament, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
According to the authors of the initiative, the amendment will prevent situations where a car is formally stuck on customs territory, in the event that the person who brought it can no longer remove it from the country.<\/p>\n\n
The legislative project was developed by a group of deputies from the parliamentary faction “Our Party”.<\/p>\n\n
In the second reading, the Government also proposed an amendment to the Customs Code concerning the activity of economic agents in the former Tvardi\u021ba free zone. According to the new provisions, the deadline for liquidating assets and transitioning to the regular regime has been extended by another 75 days, and the measure will come into effect on May 11.<\/p>\n\n
