The explanatory note of the project mentions that the improper use of gas cylinders in enclosed spaces poses a major risk to the safety of tenants. The document refers to a serious incident that occurred in October 2018, on Moscovei Boulevard in the capital, when an explosion in a residential block caused loss of human lives.<\/p>\n\n
In the same year of 2018, a similar case was recorded, as a result of which four people lost their lives, and three apartments in a 15-story building in the capital were destroyed.<\/p>\n\n
The violation of the rules will entail civil, administrative, or criminal liability, depending on the severity of the act and the provisions of the current legislation.<\/p>\n\n
