The explanatory sessions within the technical negotiations for accession to the European Union have been concluded for all 33 chapters. According to the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Cristina Gherasimov, a crucial stage in the European integration process of the Republic of Moldova has been completed, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
The official maintains that this stage has provided the authorities with a clear picture of the necessary reforms and the steps that are to be taken.<\/p>\n\n
According to Cristina Gherasimov, the process began with the opening of technical negotiations on all chapter groups and included explanatory sessions, held by experts from the European Commission, in which the expectations towards the Republic of Moldova in key areas were detailed.<\/p>\n\n
During the discussions, national working groups and European experts analyzed each priority reform. Currently, the authorities know exactly what legislation needs to be adopted, which institutions are to be consolidated, and what actions are necessary in the coming years, many of which are already included in the National Accession Program 2025-2029.<\/p>\n\n
