The total value of the payments exceeds 345 million lei, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to CNAS, it is about the one-time birth allowances, allowances for raising or caring for a child, allowances for raising twins. Paternal and maternity allowances were also funded in the same way.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beneficiaries can withdraw the money once the payments are processed through the government&#8217;s electronic payment service (MPay).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parents are encouraged, after registering the birth of their child at the Public Services Agency, to open a social card at any commercial bank in the Republic of Moldova, in order to benefit from allowances from any corner of the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National House of Social Insurance has funded allowances for families with children, as well as for temporary incapacity for work.
