Complaints regarding sexual harassment in universities can be submitted anonymously, online or in person, and each institution is obliged to appoint a coordinator and a review committee for the cases. These provisions are part of a regulation approved by the Ministry of Education and Research, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
According to the MEC, the regulation defines clear responsibilities for institutions, transparent procedures for reporting and examining cases, protective measures for affected individuals, as well as prevention actions through information and education.<\/p>\n\n
Therefore, depending on the severity, penalties can range from warning and reprimand to expulsion, dismissal, or referral to legal authorities. All complaints will be officially recorded.<\/p>\n\n
