The supervisory authority mentions that the schemes often include well-known names, such as Mircea Snegur or Maia Sandu, to create a false appearance of credibility. Platforms such as “Harmony Bitspire” and “Nexura AI” are promoted as innovative investment solutions, based on modern technologies or non-existent special financial programs.<\/p>\n\n
The schemes use manipulation techniques and psychological pressure, including promises of guaranteed earnings or unrealistic returns, “limited offers” and urgent requests for money transfers. Sometimes they present fictitious government programs or falsified documents, images, and videos, including clones of official websites.<\/p>\n\n
CNPF emphasizes that this information is false and represents attempts at online fraud.
