He is also accused of illegal possession of weapons, for which the prescribed punishment is up to 12 years in prison and a fine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FSB has also identified two accomplices: Victor Vasin, born in 1959, detained in Moscow, and Zinaida Serebritkaia, born in 1971, who is believed to be hiding in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General Alekseev was injured on February 6, shot multiple times within the premises of the building where he lived in Moscow. The attacker managed to escape.
