This recognition is particularly valuable, as the survey reflects employees\u2019 perceptions of working conditions, compensation, benefits, development opportunities, growth prospects, and internal culture.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">This marks\u00a0<b>maib<\/b>&#8216;s first participation in the survey, confirming the success of its employee-centred strategy and commitment to investing in its people.<\/span>&#13;\n&#13;\n\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Svetlana Bodaci, HR Director at maib:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0\u201cPeople are the key to\u00a0<b>maib<\/b>\u2019s success.
