The case, opened in 2016 following the self-notification of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, targets civil decisions issued in the period 2011-2012, when the judge was president of the Telene\u0219ti Court. These concerned debts of tens and hundreds of millions of dollars, based on unauthenticated copies, without signatures, stamps or translations, which required the rejection of the requests.<\/p>\n\n
