He stated that he had no reason to doubt the authenticity of these documents, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former rector of USMF &#8220;Nicolae Testemiteanu&#8221; mentioned that, if the investigation reveals irregularities, he wishes for the responsible individuals to be identified and has asked the authorities from both states to clarify the situation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;As the rector of USMF, I have signed thousands of diplomas annually, according to a standard administrative procedure,&#8221; stated Emil Ceban.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Minister clarified that the process of issuing diplomas is digitized and rigorously regulated, and the rector&#8217;s signature is a mandatory step for all academic documents issued by the university.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a survey conducted in Romania, a group of Moldovan doctors are suspected of fraud, forgery in official documents, computer forgery, use of forgery, and unauthorized practice of a profession or activity, after they asked the Romanian Ministry of Health to recognize their university studies from Chisinau.
