The clarification comes in response to the notifications received in recent days from customers, who have noticed that the amounts paid previously do not appear in the new bills, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
“Do not worry. We confirm that all previously paid amounts will be reflected in the invoice for October”, the company stated in a message published on Facebook.<\/p>\n\n
According to Energocom, the situation is generated by the transition process of gas supply services from SA Moldovagaz to SA Energocom, with the full integration of payment data still underway.<\/p>\n\n
Starting from September 1, Energocom has fully taken over the supply of natural gas, as the last resort supplier, according to the decision adopted by ANRE on August 4.
