The government in Prague has banned access to Czech territory for holders of diplomatic and service passports issued by the Russian Federation, who are not officially accredited. The announcement was made on Tuesday by the Czech foreign minister, Jan Lipavsk\u00fd, who specified that the measure applies to all international airports in the country, reports IPN.<\/p>\n\n
“The number of sabotage operations is increasing and we will not risk activating agents operating under diplomatic cover. We set an example for other countries and I will continue to insist on the strictest measures at the Schengen area level,” emphasized Jan Lipavsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n
According to international press, the leaders of the European Union intend to intensify control over the movements of Russian diplomats within the territory of the community bloc.
