On the day of the parliamentary elections on September 28, the 112 Emergency Service will take calls reporting irregularities in the electoral process and forward them to the specialized police service, IPN reports.<\/p>\n\n
Voters can dial 112 if they are prevented from freely exercising their right to vote or if they notice that other people are subject to such restrictions.<\/p>\n\n
The emergency number can also be called in cases of intentional damage to election materials or photographing\/filming of the ballot paper on which the electoral choice has been expressed.<\/p>\n\n
It is also prohibited to remove the ballot paper from the polling station without authorization, as well as to vote multiple times or use false identity documents.<\/p>\n\n
Voters are encouraged to notify the authorities if they observe any campaigning\u2014which is prohibited on election day\u2014or if they are aware of any organized transportation of voters for the purpose of influencing the vote.<\/p>\n\n
The 112 emergency service is also sending out a message encouraging people to vote. “We call on all voters to participate in this important day with respect and responsibility.
