The purpose is obvious: PAS is playing all its cards to prevent PDMM from entering Parliament. Their fear is immense, which is why they are using\u2014and are ready to use\u2014any means to eliminate their political opponents.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no plausible reason to exclude PDMM from the electoral process. Both the CEC\u2019s decision and the Public Services Agency\u2019s notification to limit PDMM\u2019s electoral rights\u2014without any legal justification and in the absence of any final rulings\u2014as well as the abuses by the Information and Security Service, all originate from a single command center directed by PAS. All these institutions have blatantly and clearly overstepped their authority, trampling on the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We, however, will not stop. We have set out determined to win, and there is no way they can stop us. Our lawyers are already preparing all the necessary documents to appeal the Court of Appeal\u2019s decision.
