Over two thousand people gathered today in the Great National Assembly Square to participate in the third edition of the Great National Dictation, organized by Romanian Language Day. The text chosen for the dictation was an excerpt from the book Cartile copil\u0103riei mele (The Books of My Childhood) by Vladimir Be\u0219leag\u0103, according to IPN.<\/p>\n\n

The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education and Research, Dr. Adriana Cazacu, mentioned that, since its first edition, the Great National Dictation has become a true symbol of respect and love for the Romanian language. According to her, this year’s edition pays tribute to composer Eugen Doga and writer Vladimir Besleaga\u2014two prominent figures who passed away in 2025.<\/p>\n\n
