Unaffiliated Chisinau councilor Ion Stefanita made a call to the residents of the capital city, urging them to mobilize on November 13 and vote Maia Sandu President. In a news conference at IPN, Ion Stefanita said the Moldovans live very important days and should not remain indifferent, but give a responsible vote.
The councilor noted that he plays no one’s game and forms part of no political game. He makes a call for mobilization as a citizen. “The Republic of Moldova is governed by a political, mafiotic group of oligarchs who prevent this state from developing. I think it is the last chance for the citizens of the Republic of Moldova to give a responsible vote. I hope on November 14 we will have the President wanted by most of the people, who will be inconvenient to this oligarchic, mafiotic political system and we will take a step towards purifying this system,” stated Ion Stefanita.
He expressed his confidence that Maia Sandu will be that driving force and that antivirus that will clear the system of political and sector corruption. He urged maximum mobilization on November 13, saying the positive things initiated in 2009 with EU support must be continued. For the purpose, Moldova must have an upright President who would be inconvenient to the system and who would not constrain the people to leave the country.
Ion Stefanita called on those who chose him as municipal councilor to vote for Maia Sandu on November 13.
