A minibus skidded on the icy road, overturned several times and crashed into a tree not far from Slobozia-Horodiste village, Rezina. Another fatal accident happened on the Basarabeasca-Chisinau road on the night of December 13. An 18-year-old man going along the roadway was struck by a Hyundai. He died before the ambulance arrived, Traffic Police Division spokeswoman Dana Andronic has said. A Chrysler and a Honda collided at the intersection of the Chisinau streets Alba Iulia and Ion Creanga. As a result of the collision, the Honda was projected into a Ford. A 38-year-old woman suffered a concussion. Two persons were killed and four hurt in Sunday’s road accidents.
