Two women and a man aged between 47 and 76 died because of COVID-19 on May 22. This way the death toll rose to 237, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, two of the victims are from Chisinau, while the third is from Soroca.
As many as 143 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19 on May 22. Of these, 15 are healthcare sector employees. A number of 1,217 tests were done today.
280 persons have been cured of COVID-19. The number of persons who recovered now stands at 3,369.
Moldova has got 6,847 infections so far.
