The Cabinet appointed Veronica Ursu as state secretary at the Ministry of Finance. According to Minister of Finance Anatol Arapu, Veronica Ursu has worked at the Ministry since 2002. Over the last few years, she had held the post of division head. She is a Doctor of Economy and speaks English and French fluently. Veronica Ursu is the sixth state secretary named by the executive.
