The works to reconstruct Negruzzi St in Chisinau could be completed by the end of this month. In the regular meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, the head of the General Public Transport and Communications Division Igor Gamretski said that most of the works were performed and the easiest part remained, IPN reports.

Earlier, the deadline for finishing the works was November 15, but the works are behind schedule. “We already performed works in the more problematic area where there are many utilities. The next section is simpler and the works will be executed swifter. The biggest problems were already overcome,” stated Igor Gamretski.

Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca replied that it’s not good entering winter with such works. “I do not have comments, but such types of works should be completed before winter,” he stated.

Officials of the Chisinau City Hall said that the rotary on this street will be opened by the end of next week. Its form will be changed.
