Zimbru Chisinau is the last team that qualified for the quarterfinals of Moldova’s Football Cup. The team trained by Veaceslav Rusnac didn’t face problems in the encounter with CS Anina, which ranks sixth in the third league, IPN reports.
Anton, Neto, Stana and V. Damascan scored by two goals, while Theodoro and Zagaevscki by one goal. “Moldova’s Cup is an important competition for us. We trained seriously for this game,” Zimbru coach Veaceslav Rusnac told a news conference.
The following pairs of teams will meet in the quarterfinals: Milsami - Sheriff, Petrocub-Hancesti - Saxan, Zimbru - Dinamo-Auto, and Dacia - Zaria. The matches will be played on April 25-26 next year.
