A 21-year-old woman risks from 7 to 12 years of jail for trafficking human beings. The girl is charged by prosecutors that from 2006 to 2008, under the pretext of offering jobs abroad, she recruited 3 Moldovan young women for sexual exploitation abroad. The prosecutors from Botanica district of Chisinau sent the case to the court, the General Prosecutor's Office announces in a communique quoted by Info-Prim Neo. In a similar case, in Criuleni district, a 24-year-old woman, mother of four, has been sentenced to 7 years of jail. Under the pretext of offering well-paid jobs in Russia, she organized the departure of a young Moldovan woman to Moscow. When reaching the destination the victim was deprived of her documents and imposed to provide sexual services during two weeks, but she managed to escape. The prosecutor's office calls on the population to be attentive with proposals of jobs abroad.
