Young man stabbed by his mother’s boyfriend

A young man was admitted to hospital with stab wound to his chest after he was assaulted by his mother’s domestic partner. According to Chisinau Emergency Hospital coordinating-doctor Anatol Proca, the incident happened at about 11 pm, in a house located on Academiei Street. The aggressor stabbed the 20-year-old man in the left side of his chest. The Centru district Police is investigating this case. TheEmergency Service registered the fourth case of sunstroke this summer. A 17-year-old girl was hospitalised with symptoms of sunstroke. She is a resident of Hancesti district and was feeling symptoms of sunstroke when she was at the Central bus station. She was admitted to the Mother and Child Centre. A 15-year-old girl and a 26-year-old young woman were taken to hospital for detox after they tried to commit suicide by taking drugs. At about 7 pm, on Vasile Lupu Street, a 45-year-old man was aggressed. He arrived to the hospital with his mandible fractured. The man says that he was attacked by unknown individuals. The ambulance doctors received the previous day 684 calls, including 44 cases of acute virosis, 57 cases of trauma and 6 cases of brain stroke.
