Young man got drowned in Valea Trandafirilor Lake

A young man aged about 25 lost his life on Monday, July 23 in Valea Trandafirilor Lake in Chisinau. According to the witnesses, quoted by the Emergency Service, the young man as many other residents of Chisinau, attempted to swim in the lake ignoring the swimming interdiction. The body of the man was taken out from the lake by the rescuers but the efforts to bring the man to life had no effect. The exact age of the victim and his name were not found yet. According to the rescuers this is the ninth drowning case registered in the Municipality of Chisinau starting 2007.
