A man aged 21 died while fishing together with a friend of his. When the two were stretching the net, the boat overturned and the two fell into the water, becoming trapped in the strings. One of them managed to swim to the shore, while the other one drowned, IPN reports.
The incident happened on a lake in Sauca village of Ocnita district. According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, frogmen took the body out of the water after over an hour of searches.
Three cases of drownings have been reported since the start of the warm season. Rescuers warn being careful and obeying the security norms so as to avoid emergencies with fatal ending.
