Young entrepreneurs will receive grants to develop businesses

Twenty young persons who successfully set up businesses within the National Program for Economic Empowerment of the Youth will benefit from grants to develop their business, the head of the Organization for the Development of the SME Sector Iulia Iabanji announced,quoted by Info-Prim Neo. The grants to the value of €1,000 are provided by the International Organization for Migration and other international partners of the Organization for the Development of the SME Sector. “The first 20 grants will be offered during the 10th International Forum of the SMEs. 200 more young entrepreneurs will receive grants during the next three years,” Iulia Iabanji said. More than 350 young people benefited from consultancy services and other assistance in starting businesses as part of the National Program for Economic Empowerment of the Youth so far. Seven of them, with the most successful businesses, displayed their products and services at the Forum of the SMEs that is taking place at Moldexpo during May 26 and 29.
