Maib launches the fourth edition of the internship program! This unique opportunity is open to students from accredited universities in the Republic of Moldova and the Centre of Excellence in Economics and Finance.
Our internship program, offering 23 positions in various fields, is about more than just gaining experience. It's about growth. Whether you're interested in Business Banking, Risk, Debt Recovery, Operations, Partnership Sales, Sustainability and Investor Relations, Corporate Investment, IT, HR or Marketing, our program is designed to help you explore and grow in the field of your choice.
We embark on the journey on August 1, when we kick off applications, and we look forward to seeing you apply for one of our open positions by September 15.

We will announce the finalists between September 26 and 30, the talented young people who have shown that they are ready to join our team.
Mark your calendars! We're officially starting the internship program on October 1, 2024, and it will run for six months. During this time, for 3-4 hours a day, you'll have the chance to learn, grow, and build a successful career.

We've offered opportunities in over 50 different fields of application, with students benefiting from the support of 60 dedicated mentors. We've had the pleasure of enrolling and nurturing over 50 talented students, 25 of whom have chosen to stay with us as employees at maib.
Our interns have participated in numerous training sessions and developed innovative group projects throughout these editions, enhancing their knowledge and skills in a stimulating professional environment.
Each intern will receive a monthly stipend and a complimentary bank card to support this professional development journey.
The internships will take place on maib premises in Chișinău, offering a professional environment and the opportunity to interact with banking experts.
