Yellow code warning for high winds

Weather forecasters issued a yellow code warning for strong winds for Friday, September 9. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, first vice director of the State Hydrometeorology Service Elina Plesca said the northwestern wind will intensify during the day and blow at a speed of up to 15 meters per second. Elina Plesca also said the phenomenon is typical of this period. There will be rain in northern and southern Moldova on Friday. Daytime temperatures will rise to 20-23 degrees Celsius, while nighttime temperatures will vary between 11 and 15 degrees Celsius. It will grow warmer from Saturday.
