Yellow code for rain issued for central and southern Moldova

Weather forecasters have issued a yellow code for rain for the central and southern parts of Moldova. Tatiana Strugac, head of the State Hydrometeorology Service’s Forecasts Center, has told Info-Prim Neo that there will be rain accompanied by thunder and lighting in the southern and central districts. Torrential rain with hail and strong winds with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s is expected in some parts. Tatiana Strugac said the outlook for the weekend is hot and sunny. Rain is possible in separate parts.
