Wrestler Anastasia Nikita has won her second title of European Under 23 champion. This time she emerged victorious at the competition held in Rome, IPN reports.
In the final of the 59 kg weight class, the athlete trained by Tudor Cirlan beat Ukraine’s Tetiana Rizhko 12-2. Earlier, Anastasia Nikita scored three more victories: 10-0 against Hatice Ece Tekin of Turkey, 10-0 against Italy’s Morena De Vita and 8-1 against Alina Kazymova of Russia.
In the 53 kg class, Mariana Dragutan was eliminated in the quarterfinals by Russia’s Ekaterina Verbina.
