More grenades, anti-tank mines, artillery shells and bombs dating from the Second World War have been unearthed in settlements in Moldova on October 6, Emergencies Service spokeswoman Liliana Puscasu has told Info-Prim Neo. A resident of Anenii-Noi town found an anti-tank mine in his garden. A 76mm shell was discovered on a field in Rascaietii-Noi village, Stefan-Voda, while two 120mm mortar bombs – on a field in Ivanovca-Nou, Cimislia. An unidentified shell was dug up in a garden in Mascauti, Criuleni. The same day, a mini store with eight shells was found in a wood near Bocsa village, Falesti. The police commissariats of the mentioned districts are guarding the places where the munitions have been found. The bomb squad of the National Army is to neutralize them.
