The works to reconstruct the Chisinau Wastewater Treatment Station will be finished by November 30 this year. Such a commitment was made by the building companies in a meeting with the administration of “Apă-Canal Chisinau” that was held last week. The information was communicated by the company’s acting director Anatolie Likii, IPN reports.
“Now the business entities are checking the system for discharging wastewater into the centralized system and are making a maximum effort for the unpleasant smell in the municipality of Chisinau next summer not to be felt within 500 meters from the station,” Anatolie Likii stated in the ordinary meeting of officials of municipal services.
He noted that the commitment agreement with representatives of the building companies was signed in the meeting that took place on January 26.
