A 49-year-old woman from Budjak village, who worked at a candies factory in Comrat town of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, remained without a forearm as a result of a workplace accident. Her forearm was caught in a mixer.
Press officer of the Gagauzia Police Division Snejana Tucan has told IPN that the woman was admitted to the intensive care section of the Comrat District Hospital. The police opened an investigation. No other details are yet known.
The incident happened on January 13.
