A woman from Soldanesti district may get deprived of her parental rights after having left her child in different places, three times this year. The last time it happened on July 11, when a man found the 11-month girl in front of a disco bar, Info-Prim Neo learns from the Human Rights Center. The main specialist on Children's Rights of the Education Division of Soldanesti district, Veaceslav Lesan, says the 29-year-old woman has an immoral behavior, does not have a job and drinks alcohol. She had abandoned her child before, two times, the first time -- on the shore of a pond, last November, when the child was 3 months. “The girl was taken care of by her grandmother, mostly, since her mother used to disappear for months. But the grandparents also drink alcohol and fight often,” said the children's rights specialist. According to Veaceslav Lesan, the woman's brothers and sisters want to adopt the girl, but none of them can provide an environment friendly for the child's development and education. The specialist opts that the girl should be adopted by a another family.
